• Quantity. Always include the exact quantity for all products being quoted.

• Warranty period (if applicable). If the product you are offering will include a full or limited warranty, it should be clearly stated on the quotation form.

• Buyer’s delivery address. This is sort of a no-brainer. Always include the delivery address where the products will be shipped.

• Terms of payment. Here you will list the accepted forms of payment and the timeline for receiving those payments.

• Validity timeframe. As mentioned earlier in the article, always include a validity time for your quotation. This can possibly save you from a lot of problems down the road.
