Rental Agreements are the most common kind of agreements that are used by the public. A rent agreement between tenant and owner is made to let out the property to a tenant for his/her use against monthly or as decided rental amount over a fixed period. At the end of the life of the agreement, the tenant can either return the asset to the owner or may renew it.

Sublet Agreement: It is a very common agreement in America and UK. In this agreement, the tenant further can let out the property during his/her absence. The purpose behind such an agreement is to hold the property till the actual tenant returns.

Hire-Purchase Agreement: As discussed before in purchase agreements, the hire purchase agreement transfers the right of ownership to the tenant at the end of the last installment. But before the end of life, it is also known as the rental agreement.

Tenancy Agreement: It is also known as a rental agreement and it has the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the ordinary rental agreement.
