Hey guys,

so it has been a while since I have posted. Over the last few months, I have been doing a lot… to say the least.

I flew back to Boston after a month stay in Playa del Carmen.

I started many new NICHE Websites.

I started FASTING regularly and started various new supplements including:

Amino Acids 4 times a day,

Whey Protein twice a day,

L-Glutamine Capsules,

Creatine ( 20g a day )

and many more.

Also, I have switched over to full body workouts daily as opposed the usual splits.
