Self Help Techniques that Work Focus on Inner Change
Getting started and keeping the momentum is harder than it looks. I’m sure you know someone who’s tried to lose weight, stop smoking or stop procrastinating, but just can’t seem to make the change last.
There’s always enough time to start tomorrow or after that last doughnut, right?
It’s just like an alcoholic or smoker thinking that it’s just the last one and that he can easily quit after this last drink or smoke.

After all, self help techniques, products or gadgets can’t force you to get on the exercise bike.
You have to do that by yourself.

Alternatively, if you’re all excited and want to jump right in, check out the Recommended techniques.
I don’t easily recommend products as it’s my name & reputation on the line. However, I’ve personally tried out these resources and found them to be the best-of-class self-help techniques and resources around.
Most importantly, they work…

And then you have to play better than anyone else.”
